Full‑Time | Monday – Friday | On‑Call Rotation with On‑Call Bonus

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Grand Rapids market. This position is ideal for someone with maintenance or facilities experience who is eager to continue developing their technical knowledge while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facilities building systems
• Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and service records
• Partner with property managers, clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to support after‑hours emergencies
