Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to uphold equipment reliability and maximize uptime in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will diagnose, repair, and replace drive components, perform shaft alignments, and manage rotating equipment with focus on safety and efficiency.

You will use multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical/control systems and execute preventive maintenance to extend equipment longevity and support productive operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience working with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical techniques and industrial maintenance best practices.
• Thorough understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn, damaged, or misaligned chains, sprockets, and related drive components.
• Perform shaft alignments and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Inspect, replace, lubricate, and maintain bearings, shafts, housings, and other rotating equipment components.
• Adjust motor mounts, perform motor alignments, and complete electrical rewiring as needed.
• Utilize multimeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to enhance equipment longevity and operational efficiency.
