DBox is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and solving day-to-day maintenance issues, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a variety of general maintenance and handyman tasks, including painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, drywall repairs, door and window fixes, ceiling tile replacement, and light masonry.
• Respond to routine and occasional emergency maintenance requests.
• Use a smartphone app to receive work orders, document progress, and close out jobs.
• Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team and supervisor.
• Help maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with general maintenance or handyman work (professional experience or strong hands‑on skills).
• Ability to use common hand and power tools — technicians are expected to work with their own tools.
• Comfortable traveling between job sites and occasionally towing or hauling materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to be on-call as needed.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Bonus (not required): Technical training or certifications.
