Job summary

Maintenance Technician in Franklin, IN is seeking a hands-on professional to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to downtime.

You must be able to work 12-hour staggered shifts, weekends, and overtime. Industrial maintenance experience preferred; strong mechanical/electrical skills, basic welding, and safety discipline are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirements.
• Document completed maintenance work.
• Train and support new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Must be able to work any shift, including 12 hour staggered shifts as well asweekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
