Job summary

Envolve Community Management seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for Shady Oaks Manor in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support, with emphasis on prompt, customer-focused service and general maintenance tasks.

The technician will repair appliances and fixtures, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders. Candidates need 3+ years in maintenance and be available for 24/7 emergencies.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

With positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, we are looking to add a full-time Maintenance Technician to our growing team at Shady Oaks Manor in Fort Worth, TX.

Description

The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical, as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
