Job summary

Rangewater is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Jacksonville, FL. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building systems, appliances, and general property infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and identify effective solutions.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Background in Industrial Maintenance or related environments is preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Effective communication and a customer-focused approach when interacting with residents and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance trades are a plus.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation or respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities
