Job summary

Seacrest Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, basic irrigation work, pressure washing, and painting to keep a residential community safe and well maintained.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. You will respond to maintenance requests, work independently on assigned tasks, and report larger repair needs to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and leaks.
• Experience in pressure washing and painting.
• Ability to safely use common maintenance tools.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to perform outdoor physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the community.

• Troubleshoot irrigation issues and replace sprinkler heads.
• Pressure wash and perform basic painting and touch-ups.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Keep tools and work areas safe and orderly per safety procedures.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Job description

Seacrest Services is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community. In this role, you will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, basic irrigation repairs, pressure washing, and painting to keep community spaces safe and well maintained. You will respond to maintenance requests, work independently on assigned tasks, and report larger repair needs to the Property Manager. Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, minor property repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Inspect common areas for maintenance and safety concerns and report larger repair needs to the Property Manager.
• Troubleshoot basic irrigation issues, identify leaks, replace damaged or malfunctioning sprinkler heads, and perform basic repairs.
• Pressure wash community areas and complete basic painting and touch-up work as needed.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas safe and orderly, and follow company and property safety procedures.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, including identifying leaks and replacing sprinkler heads.
• Experience with pressure washing and painting.
• Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and repair needs.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred; previous HOA, condominium, apartment, landscaping, or property maintenance experience is a plus.

$20.00 per hour
