Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florida to maintain and repair guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to guest needs, and manage work orders with frontline communication.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience and holds CPO and EPA certifications or is willing to obtain them. The role requires hands-on skills with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CPO Certification and EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
  • Minimum two years of general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance in guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas.
  • Repair and troubleshoot carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
  • Repair and install appliances as needed with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain pools and pool decks, ensure water balance.
  • Prepare property for weather events and assist guests and front desk as needed.
