Job summary

El Car Wash LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Florida sites running at peak performance through expert troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and proactive problem solving. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, document work orders, and train site staff to ensure reliability across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools, experience with PLCs/VFDs, and willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and prioritize safety.
• Strong documentation habits and updating CMMS logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, replace defective parts, align components with precision.
• Execute preventive maintenance proactively to prevent outages.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using systematic problem solving.
• Close out work orders and update CMMS logs; red-line drawings where needed.
• Train site staff on preventive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Assist with new site installations and equipment launches.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call needs.
