Job summary

El Car Wash seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our sites running at peak performance through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and precise repairs. You will work on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and help ensure uptime.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, document work orders in CMMS, train site staff, assist with new site installations, and respond to after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Proactive maintenance mindset with preventive focus.
• Strong documentation: close work orders and update CMMS logs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, safe operation.
• Available for on-call and after-hours emergencies.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, or relay logic is a strong plus.
• CMMS experience is a plus.
• Welding, fabrication, or dismantling equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
