Live AMC in Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining property buildings and grounds. Daily tasks include property repairs, managing supplies, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and a basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The position offers full-time hours at a competitive rate of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, along with various health and wellness benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property.
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs resulting from evictions.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment and ensure necessary tools are on hand
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
• Be available to work on an on‑call basis and secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of each workday
• Remove snow and ice as necessary
• Handle all lock‑outs resulting from evictions and respond within 24 hours to service requests

Compensation and Benefits
