Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of repairs and maintenance experience preferred.
  • Skilled in carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical.
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures.
  • Graduated from high school or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of general and semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical.
  • Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service.
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and fixes maintenance issues and notifies management when a licensed professional is needed.
  • Loads and unloads building materials and tools.
  • Completes work orders online and adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Inspects building for structural damage and performs necessary repairs.
  • Maintains HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring in working order.
  • Develops and executes preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Performs a wide variety of general and semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical
  • Ensures all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule

  • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
  • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in repairs and maintenance preferred

  • Over 2 years of maintenance experience
