4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians (Level I and II) for an established food manufacturer in Fall River, Massachusetts. These are direct-hire, hourly roles across three shifts with built-in shift differentials, full benefits, and an education assistance program.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, troubleshoot PLCs, and assist with equipment setup and fabrication.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AC/DC circuits, motor control, PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics; knowledge of VFDs and machine safeties.
• LOTO and forklift certifications are preferred; related certifications valued.
• High school diploma; trade school certification or technical certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment and facilities.
• Respond to emergency repairs during production to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment and utilities for failures and safety issues.
• Setup and teardown of equipment before and after operations.
• Modify and fabricate equipment to support operations.
• Maintain building systems including wastewater treatment, refrigeration, and steam systems.
• Install new equipment and support facility upkeep including snow/ice removal.
• Document and complete work orders through a CMMS.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and perform electrical repairs.
• Operate power tools, gas cutting and welding, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians (Level I and Level II) for an establishedfood manufacturer. These are direct-hire, hourly positions across all three shifts. This is a chance to join a stable, high-volume operation where maintenance keeps the plant running, with built-in shift differentials, full benefits, and an education assistance program.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment and facilities
• Respond to emergency repairs while production lines are running to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine inspection of equipment and utilities to identify failures and safety issues
• Handle pre-operation setup and post-operation teardown of equipment
• Modify and fabricate equipment as needed to support operations
• Maintain building and facility systems including wastewater treatment, refrigeration, and steam systems
• Install new equipment and support facility upkeep, including snow and ice removal in winter
• Document and complete work orders through a CMMS
• Troubleshoot PLCs and perform general electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Safely operate power tools, perform gas cutting and welding, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motor control, control circuitry, and PLC troubleshooting
• Electrical troubleshooting plus mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills
• Ability to navigate electrical and mechanical schematics; experience with VFDs, controls, and machine safeties a plus
• Industrial machine repair, precision measurement, fabrication, and diagnostics
• High school diploma; trade school certification or a one-year college/technical certificate preferred
• LOTO and forklift certification preferred; electrical, wastewater-treatment, boiler, and mechanical certifications valued
• Must live within a 40-minute drive of the Fall River facility

Maintenance Technician Details:

• Location: Fall River, Massachusetts — on-site
• Schedule: Three shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd); candidates should indicate their shift preference
• Availability: Maintenance supports weekend production; availability to interview within 3–5 business days is required
• Pay Rate: $28–$34/hour depending on experience and shift, with shift differential already built in and some flexibility
