Required qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior maintenance experience is required, preferably in multifamily housing.
  • HVAC experience is required. Having EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus.
  • Ability to complete general apartment maintenance and repairs. Experienced with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Swimming pool maintenance experience and CPO is a plus.
  • Must be able to take after-hours calls.
  • Must have basic tools and dependable transportation.
  • The ability to effectively present information to residents, employees, and vendors.
  • The ability to walk the property frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • Oversight and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Completing service requests and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy.
  • Timely response to all repair requests including after-hours calls.
  • Overseeing the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
  • Operating within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.
