Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic for the 1st shift (7am-3pm). Your role is to maintain company equipment, buildings, and premises in good repair, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair production machines promptly, prioritizing safety.
3. Possess working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
4. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Fabricate repair parts using shop instrumentation and equipment.
6. Assist in installing new and used machinery, including plumbing, electrical, and other utilities.
7. Maintain quality workmanship and observe safety rules.
8. Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus two years of trade school or equivalent experience as an Industrial Mechanic.
• Skilled in metal fabrication, SMAW and GMAW welding processes.
• Flexible and responsive to production needs.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
