• Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding areas, perform minor painting, plumbing, HVAC and related maintenance tasks.
• Notify management of major repairs needed.
• Learn and follow emergency procedures.

Ideal Maintenance candidates will have:

• A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel
• Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
• Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred.
• Good attendance

Maintenance Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
