Job summary

Goldridge Capital Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our central Wisconsin properties safe, functional, and well maintained. You will tackle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, support tenants with friendly service, and help keep our facilities looking their best.

This role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with tools, uniform, and vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
• Comfort working with electrical systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate well with tenants, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and maintenance devices.
• Good manual dexterity, a can-do attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to properties in and around the Eau Claire area, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check required by the Department of Corrections.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine maintenance and repairs or coordinate with outside contractors when specialized support is needed.
• Jump into construction projects and tenant buildouts that help improve and transform our spaces.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to catch small issues before they become big problems, while helping keep each property safe.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Facilities Manager.
• Help keep our properties looking sharp through general grounds upkeep and maintenance and daily property checks.
• Keep clear, accurate maintenance records and make sure work orders and maintenance programs are completed on time.
