Job summary

Goldridge Capital Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help care for our properties in and around the Eau Claire area. You’ll tackle a variety of maintenance and repair projects, support tenants with friendly service, and help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best.

The schedule is steady: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with tools, uniform, and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Comfort with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication with tenants, coworkers and supervisors.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; willing to travel in Eau Claire area.
• Must pass a background check required by the Department of Corrections.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine maintenance and repairs or coordinate with outside contractors when specialized support is needed.
• Participate in construction projects and tenant buildouts that improve spaces.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to catch issues early and keep properties safe.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests.
• Help keep properties looking sharp through grounds upkeep and daily property checks.
• Keep clear, accurate maintenance records and complete work orders on time.

In this role, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance and repair projects, support tenants with friendly service, and play an important part in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best.

Enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm--no evenings or weekends. We provide the tools, uniform, and vehicle so you can focus on doing great work!

What You'll Do

• Handle routine maintenance and repairs or coordinate with outside contractors when specialized support is needed.
• Jump into construction projects and tenant buildouts that help improve and transform our spaces.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to catch small issues before they become big problems, while helping keep each property safe.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests as directed by the Facilities Manager.
• Help keep our properties looking sharp through general grounds upkeep and maintenance and daily property checks.
• Keep clear, accurate maintenance records and make sure work orders and maintenance programs are completed on time.

What You Bring

• Experience in facilities maintenance and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
• Comfort working with electrical systems and troubleshooting issues as they come up.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate well with tenants, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and maintenance devices.
• Good manual dexterity, a can‑do attitude, and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel to properties in and around the Eau Claire area, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check required by the Department of Corrections.
