Job summary

Agfinity in Eaton, Colorado, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining the operating facility, performing preventative and predictive maintenance, and executing repairs and installations across mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems.

The candidate should have strong trouble shooting, critical thinking, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding and basic electrical knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

This position will be a part of the maintenance team with overall responsibility for maintaining the operating facility in a proficient manner. The position will assist in preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, planned and unplanned repairs, installation projects and more. Position will be M-F with Saturday work as needed based off business needs. The position needs basic to advanced knowledge of Electrical, welding, mechanical and boiler workings.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience:

• Prior Mechanical Maintenance Experience

Reasoning ability:

• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, lift and carry 50 pounds, and wear necessary PPE.
