The role involves inspecting and repairing building systems, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, and coordinating with contractors as needed to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related technical field preferred.
• Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on building systems and equipment

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational impact
• Complete corrective maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner

• Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance activities accurately
• Support compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with outside contractors or service providers when necessary
• Assist with setup, moves, installations, and other facility support tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes
