The role ensures residents have a safe, comfortable, and attractive living environment by keeping electrical and mechanical systems functioning and addressing repairs promptly. Qualifications include EPA and HVAC certifications, Fair Housing knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing laws.
• Install and repair drywall; repair electrical switches.
• Occasionally mend fences, assist HVAC and refrigeration repairs, cut keys, troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

SUMMARY OF POSITION: To ensure residents a safe, comfortable, and attractive place to live by always keeping all electrical and mechanical equipment and appliances functional or serviced immediately and making all needed repairs to structures promptly. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AbidesbyFairHousingLaws.
