Job summary

Wallick Communities in Locust Ridge, Dry Ridge, KY, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform timely repairs, respond to work orders, and keep our affordable housing communities well maintained.

This full-time position offers 24/7 on-call rotation, competitive pay $21-$24 per hour depending on experience, and a robust benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service oriented with clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly using our maintenance software.
• Manage unit turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts.
• Maintain high standards and document work properly.
• Stay certified and maintain any required certifications for the role.
