Sterling Engineering is working on a rapidly growing, niche manufacturing company that has doubled in size over the last five years. Our client prioritizes capital investment, ensuring the equipment remains modern, with the oldest being just six years old. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and boasts great tenure among their workforce, with many employees having been with us for 25+ years. We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician with a strong blend of electrical and mechanical expertise.

Title : 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Location : Downers Grove, IL 60516

Hourly Pay Range : $28 - $35 per hour + 5% shift differential

Job Duties :

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist in maintaining and improving encapsulating machines and other advanced equipment.
• Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and operational.
