IMT Lowry in Denver, CO seeks a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role at a 414-unit luxury community. Prior residential property management maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management maintenance preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and pools.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred; CPO a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete maintenance repairs in apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces.
• Use company tools and equipment to fulfill service requests safely.
• Prepare apartments for new residents per IMT standards.
• Maintain property grounds and amenities for curb appeal.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to resident needs.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by Service Manager or Community Manager.

IMT Residential is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join our team at IMT Lowry, a 414-unit luxury apartment community in Denver, CO. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Prior experience in residential property management maintenance is highly preferred.

• Pay - $23.00 - $26.00/hr. depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details

As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician), you'll play an essential role in creating a comfortable, well-maintained community where residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes, common areas, and property grounds while delivering exceptional service to residents and supporting a high-quality living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and complete maintenance repairs in apartment homes, common areas, and exterior spaces, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, general carpentry, and pool-related maintenance
• Use company-provided tools and equipment to complete service requests efficiently and safely
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents according to IMT quality standards and timelines
• Maintain property grounds and amenities to ensure excellent curb appeal and a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, and guests
• Provide outstanding customer service while responding to resident needs and maintenance requests
• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential property management, hospitality, hotel maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Strong hands-on maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, pools, and general repairs
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred; CPO certification is a plus
• Comfortable learning and using technology platforms such as Outlook and SuiteSpot
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs
• Valid driver's license required
