What You’ll Do :

Turn vacant apartments into move-in-ready homes

Maintain pools and hot tubs

Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness

Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and vendors

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of property / facilities maintenance experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
