As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, functionality, and safety of parking garages, surface lots, and related facilities. Your work helps ensure customers experience a clean and well‑maintained environment while supporting the operational success of the location.
This role requires a self‑motivated individual who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and taking ownership of facility maintenance responsibilities.
You enjoy working with tools, repairing equipment, and maintaining facilities to a high standard.
You take ownership of your responsibilities, arrive on time, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
You prioritize safety and understand the importance of maintaining clean and hazard‑free facilities.
You understand that even behind‑the‑scenes work contributes to the overall customer experience.
You are willing to support multiple locations and adapt to changing operational needs.
This position requires the ability to:
