Job summary

Urby is seeking a repair expert to join our on-site maintenance team in Dallas. You will work closely with the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Managers to handle resident repair requests and improvements, ensuring units are well-maintained and ready for leasing.

The role involves completing work orders, performing wood flooring, wallpaper, paint updates, and minor electrical/plumbing/HVAC tasks, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years' maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Clear and pleasant verbal communication with tenants, management and co-workers.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Attributes
