A real estate firm in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain properties and provide excellent service. Responsibilities include performing repairs in painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and strong communication skills. Ongoing Training
✅ 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
