Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Crofton, MD is seeking a versatile Maintenance professional to perform repairs, support residents, and prepare homes for new residents. You will also help store maintenance supplies and monitor all community areas for safety.

You will play a key role in supporting team members during events and daily duties, bringing a positive attitude and a proactive approach to every task.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial roles.
• Positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Enjoy staying busy with a variety of tasks.
• Be the go-to person for fixes and repairs.

• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.

Salary Range

USD $20.50 - USD $23.50 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
