Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a reliable Maintenance professional to perform a variety of repairs and upkeep across our community. You will fix faucets, replace light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint, and support residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests from residents and associates, cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents, storing supplies properly, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of all community areas and

• Maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial experience required.

Salary Range

USD $20.50 - USD $23.50 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
