Job summary

Parc Provence in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings, equipment, and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.

You will handle repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building systems, assist with moves, keep tools organized, and respond promptly to maintenance requests while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or general building maintenance.
• Experience in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform a wide range of maintenance repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. • Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance
• Assist with resident move-ins, room transfers, and furniture moves as needed
• Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas throughout all seasons
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and concerns
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff
