Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Concord, NH to maintain buildings, grounds, machines and assets at the facility. You will work with production staff and contractors, perform preventative maintenance, read prints, and use Word/Excel for reporting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant mechanical experience or technical training; PLC/motor controls knowledge is preferred, HVAC is a plus, and OSHA regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of manufacturing-related mechanical or millwright experience, or 2 years of technical training preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of PLC/motor controls; HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.
• Understanding and adherence to all appropriate OSHA regulations
• Work along side production employees and contractors.
• Support troubleshooting of pumps,440v 3 phase electrical systems, motors, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic.
• Identify nessesary parts for maintenance needs and report to Shop Superintendent.
• Read and understand standard prints and instructions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules.
• Willingness to work off schedule shifts to execute urgent maintenance needs.
• Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or as directed by supervision.
• Proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision.
• Must have computer skills (Word/Excel)

General Description

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of buildings, grounds, machines and assets at the Concord, NH facility.
