This position involves diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems and components, requiring strong skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team.
We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. A passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems is ideal. The successful RV Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. If you have experience in any or all of these fields: Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, RV Service, we want to talk to you.

The pay range considers skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is provided, but actual pay may vary.
