Shift(s) Available: 1st on weekends
Compensation: $34.01/hr in the first 90 days, then $37.01/hr after the 90 days

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility.
  2. Document all completed work and conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary.
  3. Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various electrical components and systems, including low voltage automation, medium voltage motor control circuits, and high voltage systems.
  4. Read and understand mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals.
  5. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  7. Perform repairs in proximity to explosives, following safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to perform duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work at heights (4 feet and above).
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE, including heat, cold, dust, and noise.
  • Minimum of one year experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems (low, medium, or high voltage).
  • Ability to work underground in a mining environment.
  • Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other CMMS.
  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or 3 years equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in Predictive Maintenance or Precision Maintenance.
  • Experience with high voltage systems.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Additional Notes: Candidates must pass a Ramsay standardized test. Background checks, including criminal and ATF Explosives Possessor checks, will be conducted to ensure safety.
