• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance work areas in a neat, clean, and safe condition.

About The Role

The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality living environments for residents by handling work orders, unit turnovers, and general maintenance. This position requires a reliable, skilled technician with a background in apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Clean and prepare vacant units and building common areas.
• Maintain accurate counts of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials purchasing.
• Participate in oncall rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance work areas in a neat, clean, and safe condition.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for role).
