• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented, resident-focused attitude.
• Availability for on-call emergency maintenance rotation.

Aufgaben

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Prepare vacant units for move-in (unit turns), including painting, repairs, and cleaning coordination
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address maintenance concerns
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation
• Maintain curb appeal through grounds keeping, snow removal, and general property upkeep
• Uphold high standards of quality and presentation consistent with a market-rate community
• Communicate professionally and courteously with residents and staff
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inventory
