Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a maintenance team member to perform repairs across buildings and systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, project support, and safety compliance within the Job Corps center in Clearfield, UT. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and two years in maintenance, plus a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required.
• 2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical training in maintenance repair.
• A valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair to structures and systems throughout the center.
• Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
• Install window shades or coverings and security locks.
• Direct students assigned to the maintenance department.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks of buildings and equipment.

Job responsibilities

Our maintenance team is responsible for providing services involving repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, washers/ dryers, and HVAC systems.
