Job summary

General Hotels Corporation in Michigan seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure guests enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.

You will perform routine tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work, respond promptly to guest requests, inspect spaces, and assist with new equipment installations while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of our hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our hotel is always in top condition for our guests.

Requirements
