The Opportunity

Pay Range: $22.10-$27.70

The Maintenance Technician position is part of the Facilities Team. The technician maintains grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing residents' rooms for new occupants
• Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community
• Performing routine cleaning
• Using and maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment according to standards
• Problem-solving, planning, organizing, communicating, and cooperating to complete projects
• Keeping accurate maintenance records
• Providing customer service, ensuring resident safety, and effective communication

What You’ll Bring

Position Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass criminal background and drug screens
• Familiarity with TELs system is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of similar experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
