Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related trades.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Own basic hand tools and valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete painting, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of apartment communities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with residents.

Compensation:$20 - $24per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:Full-Time | Monday-Friday |8:00AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do
