Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems on a full-time basis.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and upgrading conveyors, motors, and gearboxes while adhering to OSHA safety policies and collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• PLCs troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production machinery.
• Perform equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
