Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment and facilities in peak condition within a food production environment. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and ensure sanitation standards are met on the 2nd or 3rd shift.

You will document work performed, coordinate with operations, and complete required trainings to support safe, compliant production operations in Cincinnati, OH.

Maintenance Technician

Salary Range: $35.00 To $39.00 Hourly

Summary

Maintenance Technicians will maintain the building, grounds and all associated equipment to comply with all laws, policies and standards governing food safety. Maintenance Technicians are obligated to report and repair any and all food safety issues that may occur.

• Recording all appropriate data where and when necessary. i.e. Times, Dates, Work details performed on product contact zones
• Complete all necessary trainings.
