We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide technical assistance to customers and field service technicians, with a focus on electronic programming, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical, electrical, mechanical, and programming issues by phone, text, email, and video.
• Support field technicians during equipment installation and service.
• Use technical manuals, CAD drawings, electrical diagrams, and other resources to diagnose problems.
• Document support activity and identify recurring issues and potential product defects.
• Work with manufacturing and operations to resolve quality and warranty concerns.
• Help develop troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, training materials, and product updates.

Qualifications:

• Technical support or troubleshooting experience with electronic, electrical, or mechanical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain patient with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM or service database experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as an electrician or sound technician is a plus.
