Job summary

Forest Hills Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, 1st shift role offers $17-23/hour to support preventive maintenance and resident care quality.

Responsibilities include logging equipment checks, performing repairs, and outdoor maintenance while following safety and infection control standards. HVAC certification and 1 year in a long-term care facility are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.

This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, well organized, and safe manner, while focusing on delivering quality resident care.
