Xavier University’s Office of Physical Plant is seeking applications for the role of Maintenance Technician. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable campus environment. The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded technician with hands‑on experience in multiple trades and an proactive mindset toward preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance tasks across a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical components. This position supports the upkeep of campus facilities through routine preventive maintenance, prompt response to work orders, and collaboration with other skilled trades.
