Job summary

Easterseals Redwood is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities safe, clean, and running across our Northern Kentucky & Southwest Ohio campuses. You’ll repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, handling emergencies quickly and taking pride in quality work that supports our mission.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, formal training in maintenance, and at least two years of facility maintenance experience.

• Two years of hands-on facility maintenance experience.
• Safety-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to problem solver across our campuses — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and everything in between.
• Respond quickly to emergencies to keep people safe and comfortable.
• Perform hands-on repairs, lighting maintenance, groundskeeping, and maintain equipment.

• Be the go-to problem solver across our campuses — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and everything in between.
• Jump on emergencies fast and keep our people safe, comfortable, and warm (or cool).
• Handle the hands-on work: repairs, lighting, grounds, and keeping equipment in top shape.
• Partner with a great facilities team and trusted contractors to get things done right.
• Take real ownership of the spaces where our mission comes to life every day.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A knack for spotting and fixing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus formal training in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Two years of hands-on facility maintenance experience.
• A safety-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
