Metcut Research is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the reliability of laboratory and machine tool equipment, support facilities, and ensure uptime in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software systems.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, and keeping meticulous records while adhering to safety and aerospace standards.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and infrastructure. This role includes but is not limited to performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on both Laboratory and Machine Tool equipment. This position ensures equipment is kept in operating condition by conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and maintaining detailed service records. This position supports production continuity and compliance with aerospace standards by minimizing downtime and contributing to equipment reliability and calibration efforts.
