Morgan Li is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Chicago Heights, IL location. The role focuses on upkeep of buildings, equipment, and plant operations, with emphasis on keeping production running and performing machine PMs.

The successful candidate will have significant experience with industrial equipment, use of a multimeter, and extensive preventive maintenance knowledge. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential for this busy, hands-on environment.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and operations at Morgan Li.

Their duties include being an active member of the maintenance group by making sure work is accomplished and also inspecting facilities to make a clean and ready work environment. Conducting maintenance work throughout the plant. Keep 2nd Shift production running along with machine PM’s

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Plant and Field operations
• Support maintenance for other projects as needed
• Assure proper set-up, calibration, operation, and preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities
• Conduct seasonal prep work including preparing equipment and scheduling materials
• Layout, assemble, and align equipment
• Identify and repair or replace worn out or damaged equipment
