Job summary

Landmark Hotel Group at Comfort Suites Chesapeake is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a family-like team dedicated to guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, rounds for safety and cleanliness, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks with a focus on preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Good attitude and work ethic to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Ability to exert physical effort in carrying out job duties.
• An understanding of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).
