Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a high-tech, automated dairy manufacturing facility. You will support mechanical and electrical maintenance, focusing on PLCs, VFDs, and sanitary processing systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role involves troubleshooting a range of equipment, from pasteurization systems to packaging lines, with a strong emphasis on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. Competitive night shift premiums apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Commitment to safety, food quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our highly automated dairy production facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Schedule

Wednesday & Thursday + Every Other Friday-Sunday

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

$26-$33/hour + Night & Weekend Shift Premiums

What You'll Be Working On

• Automated production and packaging equipment
• PLCs and VFD-controlled systems
• Pumps, conveyors, separators, and process equipment
• Pasteurization and sanitary processing systems
• Instrumentation and calibration
• Preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and P&IDs
